Our customers love The Pizza Steel, but should you decide to return your Pizza Steel, we ask you to create a return label in our return portal. The return label price matches the price you paid for delivery. The return/refund option is available for 30 days, counting from the day you receive your parcel. You may open the parcel and check the product, much like you would do if you bought a product in a physical shop. Make sure you return it in the same condition as you received it.
Once the product is returned and checked, you will receive a refund (product price and initial shipping costs) to your bank account within 10 days.
